About the event
General objective
To understand the health-seeking behaviours including barriers and enablers among estate-sector workers in Ratnapura district, in Sri Lanka in 2024.
To understand the socioeconomic stressors and psycho-social well-being among estate sector workers in Ratnapura district, who have experienced influenza-like illnesses and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on health-seeking behaviours.
Specific objectives
To determine the patterns of health-seeking behaviour of the study population
To identify the associations of health-seeking behaviour of the study population who have experienced influenza-like illness compared to those who have not experienced influenza-like illness
